Returns & Exchanges Notice

Due to strict food safety and hygiene regulations regarding our cookie cutters and baking embossers, you must contact us via email at Help@moldcookie.com to obtain return authorization before sending any items back.

Please do not mail items back without prior approval. Unauthorized returns cannot be processed, will be rejected upon arrival, and will not be eligible for a refund.
