Product Representation & Color Accuracy

We take great care to photograph our cookie cutters and baking embossers clearly so you know exactly what tools you are getting. However, due to variations in individual monitor settings, screen resolutions, and lighting conditions, the actual color of the products you receive may differ slightly from what is displayed on your device. This is a standard occurrence and does not constitute a product defect.

Usage & Safety Responsibility

They must be hand washed only in lukewarm water. Placing them in a dishwasher, exposing them to high heat, or soaking them in hot water will cause irreversible warping, melting, and structural damage. Moldcookie is not liable for any damage or degradation caused by improper cleaning methods or heat exposure.

Additionally, many of our tools feature intricate and highly detailed designs. To ensure a clean release, we highly recommend thoroughly dusting the tools with flour or cornstarch before pressing them into your dough or fondant. Dough sticking to the tool due to inadequate dusting, incorrect dough temperature, or improper consistency is a normal part of the baking process and is not considered a product defect. Customers assume all responsibility for the safe handling, appropriate use, and proper storage of our products.

Errors, Shipping & External Delays

Any shipping transit times or delivery dates provided on our website are estimates based on standard carrier operations, not guaranteed deadlines. Moldcookie is not liable for delivery delays caused by external factors outside of our control. This includes, but is not limited to, severe weather events, carrier network backlogs, postal strikes, regional logistics disruptions, or delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer at checkout.

We also reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions—including typographical errors related to pricing, product descriptions, or inventory availability. We may change or update information or cancel orders if any information on the website is found to be inaccurate at any time, without prior notice (even after an order has been submitted).
