At Moldcookie, we strive to make our shipping process as clear and straightforward as possible. This policy outlines everything you need to know about how and when your tools will arrive, so you can focus on creating beautiful, edible art.
Shipping Destinations & Restrictions
We currently ship exclusively to the 48 contiguous United States.
Please note that to ensure the reliable delivery of our products and due to carrier limitations, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses. We ask that you provide a valid, physical street address during checkout to avoid any delays or cancellations.
Shipping Rates & Costs
We believe in keeping things simple and transparent—no hidden fees at checkout. Our shipping rates are calculated based on your total order value:
- Standard Shipping: A flat rate of $9.00 applies to all orders under $80.00.
- Free Shipping: Enjoy complimentary standard shipping on all orders of $80.00 or more.
Order Processing & Delivery Timelines
We want you to know exactly when to expect your order. Here is how our timeline works:
- Order Cut-Off Time: Our daily order cut-off time is 12:00 PM (ET). Orders placed after this time, or on weekends and federal holidays, will begin processing on the following business day.
- Order Processing Time: Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing. During this time, your order details are confirmed and prepared for dispatch.
- Transit Time: Once processed, orders are shipped via standard carriers and typically take 3-7 business days to arrive at your address.
To calculate when your package will arrive, you can use this simple formula:
1-3 business days (Order Processing Time) + 3-7 business days (Transit Time) = 4-10 business days (Total Estimated Delivery)
Order Tracking & Split Shipments
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Orders are shipped via reliable carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS.
Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to update and become active in the carrier's system. If your order contains multiple items, they may occasionally be sent in split shipments to ensure you receive your goods as quickly as possible. In such cases, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each package.
Address Accuracy & Missing Packages
Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. We cannot be held liable for delays, misdeliveries, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If your tracking information shows that your package was "Delivered" but you cannot find it, please check around your property and with neighbors first. If it is still missing, you will need to contact the carrier directly to initiate an investigation. While we are happy to assist you in this process by providing any necessary documentation, Moldcookie is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier has confirmed delivery.
Damaged in Transit
We want your baking tools to arrive in the exact condition you expect. However, if your items are damaged during transit, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.
You must email us at Help@moldcookie.com within 48 hours of receiving your package. Please include your order number, clear photographs of the damaged product(s), and photos of the external packaging showing the shipping label. This documentation is necessary for us to file a claim with the carrier and to quickly arrange a replacement or a refund for you.
