Shipping & Delivery Essentials

Q: Where do you ship, and how much does it cost?
A: We ship exclusively to the 48 contiguous United States. Please note that we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses. We keep our shipping rates completely transparent: standard shipping is a flat rate of $9.00 for all orders under $80.00. We are happy to offer free standard shipping on all orders of $80.00 or more.

Q: When will my baking tools arrive?
A: We know you have baking schedules to keep. Orders require 1 to 3 business days for order processing. Once dispatched via standard carriers (such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS), transit typically takes 3 to 7 business days. In total, please expect your package to arrive within 4 to 10 business days.


Returns & Refund Guidelines

Q: How do I return an item if I change my mind or ordered the wrong size?
A: You have a 30-calendar-day window from the date of delivery to request a return. Because our products are used for food preparation, hygiene is our highest priority. Returned items must be 100% brand new, completely unused, unwashed, and still in their original sealed packaging.

Important: You absolutely must contact us at Help@moldcookie.com before sending anything back. Do not mail packages back without prior authorization. You will need to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and specific return instructions from our team. Unauthorized returns will be rejected.

Q: Are there any restocking fees?
A: Never. We proudly charge a $0.00 restocking fee on all eligible returns.

Q: Who is responsible for the return shipping cost?
A: If you are returning an item because you changed your mind or no longer need it, you are responsible for purchasing the return shipping label. If the item arrived damaged in transit or you received the incorrect product, we will cover 100% of the return shipping costs and provide a prepaid label.


Product Care & Usage

Q: How should I clean my cutters and embossers? Are they dishwasher safe?
A: No, they are strictly hand wash only. Our baking tools are highly heat sensitive. Please wash them gently in lukewarm water to maintain their shape and detail.

Q: My dough keeps sticking to the intricate details of the embosser. Is the tool defective?
A: No, this is a normal part of working with highly detailed designs and is not a product flaw. For a clean release, we highly recommend thoroughly dusting the tools with flour or cornstarch before pressing them into your dough or fondant. Making sure your dough is properly chilled and firm will also significantly help prevent sticking.

Q: Will the color and size of the cutter be exactly as pictured?
A: Due to varying monitor displays and lighting, the actual color of the tools may differ slightly from what you see on your screen. Additionally, due to the nature of how these baking tools are made, a minor dimensional tolerance of up to ±0.5 inches is considered completely normal.


Orders & Secure Checkout

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We securely accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Your transaction is protected by industry-standard encryption. Please note that we do not accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers, or Cash on Delivery (COD).

Q: I made a mistake on my order. Can I cancel or change it?
A: We process orders quickly so you can get your tools on time. If you need to modify or cancel your order, you must email us at Help@moldcookie.com within 12 hours of placing it. After this 12-hour window, the order will have entered the shipping process and can no longer be canceled.
